Learning to Listen to Myself

Time has been moving so quickly. I can’t believe it’s already May.
This time of year always makes me pause and ask myself: What have I really done with the past few months?
Not in terms of big goals or achievements, but in quieter ways like building habits, showing up for myself, and trying to become a little better than yesterday.

Lately, I’ve been trying to stick to a routine that priorities my health.
I truly believe your body tells you what it needs, and we just need to slow down enough to listen.
It’s not always perfect.
But I’m learning that consistency is a quiet kind of self-love.

As each day passes, I feel like I’m starting to understand myself a bit more, my rhythms, my needs, and what it means to take care of myself gently.
